Four Season Porch

Lake Elmo, MN

Single Family Home

Bayport, MN

The original house built in 1890 was torn down to make room for a new four bedroom/four bathroom, two story house. The main challenge with building this home was to ensure that it fit with the character of the existing neighborhood. The home was built with the colonial style in mind. The basement has a large family room used for relaxing activities. The main floor includes a dining and family room off of the kitchen. There is a large office for the homeowners at home business. The laundry is conveniently located on the second floor. The master suite includes a walk-in closet, large double sink vanity and walk-in shower. A detached three car garage is located behind the house.

Master Suite

Lake Elmo, MN

The original master bedroom had not been updated since the 1980's. We designed and updated the master suite to provide a place of relaxation for the owners. Changes to the original suite include: Vaulting the bedroom ceiling, adding wood beams to create an old world look, and installing a gas fireplace. The bathroom was updated with new heated, marble floors and a walk in shower with marble tile. The walk-in closet includes lots of cabinets for storage and hanging garments.

Custom Airbrush Tan

Minneapolis, MN

The salon was built in June 2012 from an empty space. The entrance was built to separate the front of the salon- Reception/Retail Product space from the back- Spray Tan Rooms. A front office was added with a built in desk for the receptionist. The walls were lined with glass shelves to accent the products & large picture windows. In the back they added an employee break room along with remodeling the existing bathroom. Three spray tan rooms were designed and built with custom built in spray tan booths.

Vintage 1935- Cape Cod

St. Paul, MN

The owners of this house hired Curran Construction to complete many projects on the house including interior and exterior work. A solid mahogany front entry door and storm door were put in. The main household bathroom was remodeled adding a walk in shower and built-ins for more storage. We worked with the owners to make sure the house kept the Cape Cod look. Other projects included custom cabinetry for the family room and den.
